HIH looking for an ambitious Marketing & Relations Specialist to managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. He/she will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. He/she must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Make marketing plans for important events and occasions and field marketing
- Planning and executing advertising campaigns by selecting the appropriate marketing tools (social networks, television advertisements and e-mails).
- Preparing and designing marketing materials and publication contents and supervising their publication.
- Managing social media pages and the website.
- Making a strategy to attract new clients
- Understand customer needs and respond effectively to customer needs
- Familiarity with hospital services.
- Constantly study and analyze the market and competitors.
- Communicate with media and advertising companies to implement promotional campaigns.
- Conducting marketing research to find solutions to consumer requirements, behaviors and habits.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) etc. to help improve future marketing strategies.
- Reviewing the latest marketing techniques and improving marketing plans.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to him by the administration.
Requirements:
1. Obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, media, information systems, or any related field.
2. Good understanding of marketing research techniques, data analysis methods and statistics.
3. Experience in field and electronic marketing.
4. Speak and write in Arabic and Somali.
5. Skills of preparing and presenting marketing offers.
6. Experience in managing social media pages and websites
7. Honesty - activity - perseverance - full-time - bearing work pressures - understanding - ability to develop.
8. The ability to persuade, manage dialogue and negotiation, and deal with customers
9. Strength of character and good looks
10. A good understanding of the different elements of marketing such as dealing with search engines, social networks and different marketing channels.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office programs and Adobe Creative design programs.
12. Proficiency in dealing with website analysis programs and implementing advertising campaigns.
